My Story
As a native San Franciscan, first generation college graduate, woman of color, mother and grandmother, I bring the lens of my life experience and the challenges I've overcome as the foundation of my work with clients and my commitment to their well-being. My life journey continues to enrich my soul giving me the ability to share the abundance I've been granted to others. I'm honored to be a witness and helper to my clients' journey to recovery.

Working with diverse populations gave me an appreciation for the strengths each of my clients bring when faced with so many challenges. My clients teach me what I don’t know or clarify if I get something wrong. The generosity my clients offer me at these points are reminders of why I chose this work and continue to grow as a therapist.
